We engaged Ramon to market our apartment based on previous experience we had with him selling our units. The property market is very tough nowadays with prices dipped quite heavily. After several open homes, Ramon brought us an offer that was well below our bottom line, so we're mentally prepared to keep the apartment and just bear the advertising cost etc, not expecting the buyer to move an inch. We weren't able to be there for our property while selling, and Glenn went the extra mile for us given we weren't there to do anything ourselves on the property. Above and beyond with the sundry little things, put a lot of work in through a quiet market and just got on with it too. And he found us a buyer obviously. We went with Glenn because from the go he seemed a genuine sort, and he bared that out. Knows what he's doing process and advice-wise, and a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend him, don't think he'd let anyone down.
