We first met Andrew at open days we had attended & found him to be genuine. When it came time to sell our property we decided to contact Andrew. We again found him to be genuine. He gave us a realistic idea of what our property could achieve. He kept us fully informed throughout the selling process, calling after each open day & keeping us upto date with the process. He happily answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Andrew. If we were to sell again we'll be giving him a call.

Rajat was very good throughout our whole buying journey. The property we wanted to buy had some issues with unconsented works and it became quite a complicated process with council, lawyer, inspector and surveyor involved to get everything sorted properly and insured. Rajat worked very hard behind the scenes and helped us a lot to secure the home we really loved. He was always helpful, easy to talk to and kept us updated the whole time. He made a stressful process much easier for us. We are very thankful for all his help and would highly recommend Rajat to anyone thinking of buying or selling property.
