Selling your property is a big mission, especially during the winter season, and of course, it's a buyer's market. I have trust in the process when I approach Owen. The initial consultation with Peter was to discuss whether I would split a freehold Title with 2 flats into 2 separate Titles so that I could potentially sell to two purchasers. The process to do this was quite involved with surveyors etc. I am glad that I saw the process through to the end as the financial outcome was better, exactly as he predicted. Peter is a great negotiator and you definitely want to have him in your corner when you're selling!
