Real estate teams in Westshore, Hawke's Bay

I knew to go with Jacqui as our agent when she brought a low fuss, honest and experienced view to our house sale. If at any point I felt stressed or uncertain, a single convo with Jacqui made me feel calm and grounded again. Not only did she help with selling our home, she also helped me navigate buying our next home too. She made smart negotiation straightforward and effortless. We sold in a tricky market and it took some time, but ultimately the sale was through Jacqui's connection to a buyer that wasn't actively looking. It was swift and fair - the kind where everyone involved felt good. Thank you Jacqui! You are fabulous.

Selling our house with Jacqui and her team was an enjoyable experience. Good communication, professional and understanding of our needs. Very good insight into local market. Would recommend her to others wishing to sell their home.
