Superb knowledge and guidance throughout the purchasing process

This property took a bit of effort to get sold and Gerard and Sheree were great! They stuck with us, worked so hard and kept us updated the whole time. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell, they are genuinely caring people that want the best result for you.

Pros: - generally everything about working with Sheree and Gerard - highly flexible, almost always available for a call or to help us out - very informative and helped guide us through the process - friendly and easy to work with, really good people - extremely communicative to ensure we were always informed of what was happening, and followed up proactively (which helped when we were not on top of our tasks) - we really appreciated that they were not too pushy and generally gave us space to make decisions - negotiations always felt like they were between us and the vendor, Sheree and Gerard facilitated these conversations and helped them to go smoothly - often they would help us to clearly communicate with the vendor regarding our wants/needs, and vice versa, so we could always know where things sat during negotiations, inspections, various stages. Cons: - only minor suggestions, by and large they were fantastic - it is difficult given the pressures of the job, but often we had to answer calls (sometimes multiple times a day) during work hours that were a bit inconvenient. We could have set a time to call during the day that was more convenient and didn't require us to step out of work so often - sometimes it felt silly to have to communicate through Sheree and Gerard for everything. We aren't sure if there is a solution for this, but it definitely introduced delays and added stress

Excellent communication. Lots of enthusiasm, moderated by obvious experience. They personally worked hard to get us the best price. Their experience came to the fore when they succeeded in getting our sale over the line at a point when the negotiations became tricky due to factors generated by the needs of multiple other parties who were part of a chain that needed to come together. We always felt they understood our needs well while also appreciating the true potential of our property from the start. During the extended period of time the house was under a conditional offer, they continued to market the property. The last property we sold was over 30 years ago and, consequently, we were somewhat unprepared for the complexities involved in selling a house. The advice from Nick and Lilli-Rose was invaluable as were the streamlined processes provided by Lowe & Co. They also showed integrity.

I thought Nick explained the process very clearly. Quite daunting selling your first home. He made us feel comfortable with him and we discussed a plan and stuck with it. Also giving different options if the market changed. Our final result is what we wanted and happy with the whole process from start to finish. Nick sold my Wife's Mums house and we were very happy with that Sale so he has exceeded our expectations. The apartment market was very difficult over the period that my unit was for sale and as consequence my apartment took a long time to sell. During this period Paul communicated on a weekly basis to me and keep me abreast of the results of the 'open homes' and the feedback from the viewers. Paul remained positive about a result and his enthusiasm help me through the whole process. If I was selling another property I would have no hesitation of listing it with Paul.
