Thank you for helping me find such a great home, and I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to agent Reni, who went above and beyond to pay attention to even the smallest details and provide exceptional support throughout the process.

Mark started the marketing campaign with great enthusiasm, which was appreciated. However, there were a few issues during the process that I feel are important to highlight. There appeared to be some uncertainty around the GST aspect of the property, which is a significant detail in any transaction and ideally should have been clarified early on. There were also some practical oversights — for example, a padlock (was consistently) not properly secured on the shed door, and I returned home to find the back door left open the day after an open home. A simple check to ensure all doors were properly locked would have avoided this. While I understand the property is an older home, not a new build, I still expected a higher level of attention to detail and consistency. Communication became less consistent toward the end of the campaign, and as of now, the “SOLD” sign has not yet been displayed on the street billboard. I’m hopeful that will be resolved shortly.

Cleighton is always super easy to contact, and he keeps you in the loop of what's going on. We dragged him to many open homes and sent listings every day. He would always respond and give us the best information. Was great having him on our side to do a lot of the communications with other realtors on our behalf. He made it an easy process in a usually stressful time. He never gave up or made us feel like we were being annoying. He genuinely cares and doesnt make you feel like another number which is pretty hard these days with most real esate agents.

Miranda really went above and beyond to help me prepare & sell my home. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell! Great communication, made everything really easy to understand and took care of everything so I didn’t have to stress. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome & sale :)
