Where do I start! Nandi is phenomenal, I don’t say that lightly. If you are looking for a ‘standard’ residential sales agent, Nandi is not the one. Nandi will go above and beyond for both the buyer & seller. We found her as we went through a listing; her knowledge of the law and land was impressive. She wasn’t pushy, but really wanted us to find the perfect home for our family, so we bought elsewhere. When it was time to sell, 3 years later, we got Nandi to sell our home. She was knowledgeable in building, marketing, finances, bank financing, pre-building checks, valuations, lending managers, you name it- she had someone in her team to guide you. Nandi is a positive person, naturally down-to-earth, but when push comes to shove, she can be a bulldog when things get out of hand.
