Buyer of 10 Galaxy Pl, Welcome Bay

Absolute Legend

We had an outstanding experience working with Beth Dawson throughout the purchase of our new home. From the very beginning, Beth was professional, responsive and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us through every step of the process with clarity and confidence. Her communication was excellent, keeping us informed, answering our questions promptly and ensuring we always felt supported. What really stood out was Beth’s genuine care and commitment. Buying a home can be stressful, but she made the entire experience feel smooth and manageable. Her attention to detail and ability to navigate challenges gave us real confidence that we were in safe hands. Thanks to Beth, we are now settled into a home we absolutely love and we couldn’t be happier. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell—she truly goes above and beyond. Thanks Mark & Andrea

Seller of 48A Osprey Drive, Welcome Bay

Everyone's Cup of Tea?

Steve has a unique style in real estate that may not initially appeal to everyone. However, this is precisely why you should consider him as your agent! His great sense of humour, passion for fishing, and genuine interest in people and the world may deter some sellers or buyers, but they shouldn’t. When we were looking for an agent to sell our home, we spoke with many before choosing Steve Trotter. We asked ourselves what we wanted from an agent beyond just a sale. Did we want someone who presented themselves honestly to us or one who tried to appeal falsely to suit? Did we need an agent who was transparent and dedicated to our best interests or one focused on their own agenda? Did we prefer an agent who could relate to people from all walks of life or one who came off as aggressive and uncomfortable, potentially turning buyers away? Selling and buying property is one of the most stressful times in life. Although I’m not interested in fishing like Steve and my husband are, I recognised that it served as an excellent way to relate and spark conversations. While I didn’t always find Steve’s jokes funny (ha ha sorry Steve), I always felt comfortable asking tough questions and learning from him during our meetings. His qualities helped us navigate the ups and downs, and when we didn’t secure our first golden offer, Steve handled that disappointment calmly and with utmost professionalism. Our family found Steve to be likeable, professional, patient, calm, and respectful. I don’t know any other agent who has received five offers on their second open home! Steve successfully sold our property, and we felt confident he was the right person for the job. Steve should be everyone's cup of tea!
