We can’t thank the Francis team enough for the outstanding job they did selling our home. They were invested in learning about our lived experiences of the house itself and our perspective of how to best sell it. Team Francis were proactive in their approach to marketing, open homes and communication with both us and the buyers which ensured we were never left guessing and always knew where things were at. Their knowledge of recent market trends and selling strategies clearly showed, getting us a timely contract and deal over the line. To top it off they are just genuinely lovely people who want to help which made them amazing to work with during a very stressful time and created an inviting environment for buyers. This was not our first rodeo and I can hand on heart say they are the best agents we have worked with.

Mark & Yvette were fabulous nothing was to much trouble. Kept us informed all the time as to the open homes , what was happening on the market. Every step of the process was well explained. Marketing calendar was great, we knew everything that was going to happen up to an including Auction Day. All questions answered , they were very well explained. Mark did a great job of keeping potential buyers well informed about the property. Got a property report after open homes, Mark always kept in touch , as did Yvette, she was fabulous in keeping in contact about various situations. Auction day was stress free Marks negotiation skills great. Property only on the market just over 3 weeks. They both worked really hard and are well deserving of all they both achieve. We can not rate them highly enough and would 100% recommend them to sell your property. They are both genuine, caring, kind, hard working people and i believe you should give them a call, and opportunity to sell your property, you won't be disappointed.

Mark was an excellent communicator when explaining strategy and how the selling process works. Mark knows his stuff and is easy to deal with. I found Mark to be honest and he made the process of selling a lot easier for me.
