We wanted an agent who would ensure our property was appealing to many at first glance. We had loved living in the space and wanted others to feel that too. We live out of Dunedin now and so wanted to be fairly hands off but with excellent communication so we weren’t sitting anxiously from afar. And we ultimately wanted a good price. We had previously met Brad when buying in Dunedin some years before, we liked his approach, open to interested parties but not pushy in sales approach.
