Agencies in Waitotara, Taranaki

We could not be happier about the service provided by Gavin through the whole purchase process of our new house. Right from the start, he was always friendly, approachable, professional, and eager to answer any questions we had. Buying a house is indeed a highly stressful process, yet Gavin made it as easy as possible for us. The communication was top-notch, and we felt like we were always kept informed. What stood out the most for us was Gavin’s genuine personality and friendliness. Nothing was ever a problem for him, and getting to put that SOLD sticker up at the end just made the whole experience even more enjoyable! Thank you very much for making our home-buying experience such a special one. We will definitely recommend you to anyone in the future who wants to either buy or sell a house. Definitely 5 stars from us!

As mentioned below ooooooo

Rob took great care of us as first home buyers and really helped us understand the process.

Rochelle did an excellent job as our real estate agent helping us sell a property in Whanganui recently. I found Rochelle very responsive, had a strong knowledge of the local market, and was very thorough in the preparation for the listing. I also found Rochelle hard working and diligent and this helped in building trust in her approach. As a result of Rochelle’s work, we had a very successful sale. I was recommended Rochelle by a friend and I am very happy to recommend her to prospective sellers in the Whanganui market.

Our first home purchase in New Zealand was made to be an easy process with Linda’s guidance. Seamless. Linda was also helpful in sharing local knowledge with us to help get us settled and the welcome gift was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much, we are very much looking forward to putting our own stamp on a beautiful home 🙂

Easy to communicate with, helpful through the whole process and would recommend.
