An honest man

It's been very hard to find the right words to describe our experience with Rob without being too gushy. To be honest, Rob was pure gold for us, guiding our way through the sale of our home. Rob was honest about the current market but was so positive about the potential sale it was easy to follow his lead. He kept us calm about the open homes when the reality hit that we were having strangers through our home. If Rob didn't ring, it meant he had nothing to say, things were happening at his end, once there was progress he would make contact. Rob hid nothing from us regarding the home we brought even though there plenty of faults with it, he knew we werent scared of hard work so was open about what he knew needed doing. He was professional from the first time we met him right through to the end, that meant a lot to us.
