Above and Beyond!

Without a doubt, Dianne & Aiden Holland at Bayleys Gisborne have gone above and beyond. Gave good advice prior to marketing. Suggested I 'dress' the house and it was well worth it every cent. A 'dressed house looks so much better than an empty one. Great communication throughout and despite the soft market, I got a great offer and I'm pleased the new purchaser will enjoy my home of over 20years. Settlement process was easy thanks to Sally H at GSL. Dianne was so accommodating and easy to deal with. Thanks Dianne, appreciate all you did for me.
