Selling a home in the current market is certainly not easy, with sales at some of the lowest levels we've seen. Fiona had previously marketed our home on two occasions, and although we had plenty of interest, numerous open homes, and many prospective buyers through the property, we were unfortunately unable to achieve a sale.
