Lisa was probably always going to be our agent of choice due to her knowledge of the area. She presented positively, had a clear idea on what would work, and allowed time for us to think. I am happy to admit that I was wrong on my initial reluctance to stage the empty house. Lisa organised a lot of the things that needed to be done, and guided me on the things that I needed to do. Lisa never over promised, or over marketed, she just knew what would work. We are very happy with both the process and outcome.
