Savita sold our home in just three days — before the first open home had even taken place. What made the experience even more impressive was everything she did behind the scenes to make it happen. She handled all tenant communications and was present on move-out day to manage the final inspection. When the tenants left, Savita rolled up her sleeves and got to work herself — scrubbing bathrooms, cleaning rubbish bins, coordinating with carpet cleaners, and sourcing replacement fixtures. She then staged the home beautifully, and even made time to be there when the power was reconnected.
