We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to sell our home. Professional, honest, approachable, hardworking and just genuinely fun to deal with. Nikki was fantastic, her communication was brilliant and she kept us updated every step of the way. I appreciated her straight-up approach, there was no sugar-coating or real estate waffle and she gave us genuine, honest feedback. She went beyond simply listing the house, giving us great advice on the little things we could do to make it more appealing and even helped stage everything. The paperwork was easy, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We had some ups & downs but she always stayed positive and gave us confidence we would get it across the line. And we did! Highly recommend!

Selling our Hamilton rental property while based in Auckland was a process that Nikki made completely seamless. Since we couldn’t be there in person, Nikki stepped up and took care of everything. We were particularly impressed by her market knowledge; her initial appraisal was spot on and perfectly reflected the price we achieved. We had complete confidence in her figures from day one. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Nikki went above and beyond by organising quotes and being on-site for the stagers, electricians, and other tradespeople. She even managed the lawn mowing and ensured the power was reconnected. Because she handled these details so efficiently, the house was ready for market immediately and sold in record time. Beyond the results, Nikki is a joy to work with. She is super friendly and outgoing, and her communication skills are second to none—we always knew exactly what was happening. We had complete trust in her to look after our interests from afar, making the whole experience entirely stress-free. We cannot recommend Nikki highly enough!

Good communication and easy to deal with.

We bought the house through John and Lodge about 14 years ago. And now he has helped us with the sale. In all proceedings he has been approachable, helpful and trustworthy. He has communicated clearly and regularly and guided us through the whole process carefully and professionally.

We have really apreciated the help & advice we received over the past 18 months or so from John Gavin. John was always available & happy to offer advice . It became obvious to us that he was very experienced. John was very patient with us and in no hurry as he was with us for about 18 months and we were on a very uncertain road. The experience was arduous but we felt we were in good hands. When getting a sale did not seem to be happening John made some changes to his approach. He even offered to stand aside & let us go through someone else. We declined that as we felt that John with his experiance was on the right path. We had a potential buyer who was hoping to sell his place first. Later John told us to let this guy go as he had another possibility, then suddenly a new cash buyer said he wanted to be in the place in 4 weeks. That made things a bit difficult but with Johns help we got through it all. He even corrected our agent's advice in Tauranga on what day to move out, this plan worked well as we were out of our place & into our new place all an the same day. As this was our first move in 50 years we totally relied on John for advice about when to contact our soliciter etc. We would highly recomend John to anyone who was buying or selling as we know they would be in vey safe experienced hands. Thankyou John, Len & Janet Daniell

John was wonderful to work with. We were based overseas and his communication was excellent. House sold in less than 3 weeks with multiple offers. Would recommend.

Very helpful, understands the client, puts her effort, knowledge, time and energy to prepare what is most needed for her plans to achieve success outcomes for myself. Very excited after the whole process ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We recently bought a house in Hamilton, and Jayde was a great help during the whole process. Honestly, without her support, this deal probably would not have happened. She helped a lot with the price negotiations and worked hard to help both sides reach an agreement. After that, she continued to help us with all the questions and small issues that came up along the way. She was always responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. We are very grateful for her help and would happily recommend Jayde to anyone buying or selling a property.

Thank you Jayde for your support throughout the property purchase process. Your communication was clear and timely, and you made each step easy to understand. I especially appreciated your responsiveness, willingness to answer questions and regular follow ups. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I would be happy to work with you again or recommend you to others.
