After 6 months of dedicated work from Tim and his team my property finally was sold. Being under a lease from Kianga Ora did add complexity to the sale. There were road blocks put in front of Tim and myself that we had to deal with. With Tim's advice and working with both the purchaser and Kianga Ora we got the sale over the line.
