We ended up with an offer we were happy with, and when the buyer came back with repair requests, the team just sorted it by connecting us with the right contractors and kept things moving without us having to stress about it. It really did feel like everything was taken care of from start to finish. We’d recommend them without hesitation.

Brad was great at communicating, keeping us up to date with progress regularly via both email and txt and responding quickly when we had queries. He really came into his own though when we were experiencing issues with the purchasers lawyer not communicating well, Brad jumped in and bridged the gap to make sure the sale kept moving forward.
