His first words to me during our first call was condolences for my Mother's passing (Even though that was two years ago) which showed my that he has great Empathy. Denise was very prompt in her responses to my inquiries. Going over and above to ensure I was fully informed. Good labour market knowledge in particular thorough on answering my questions on how corporates work. She quickly got the electrician out to look at the fridge switch, when it was my oversight not noticing the main switch was off. Very light hearted about my error.
