Jo was excellent in her responsiveness and ability to pivot when we shifted away from an auction sale method to asking price due to market feedback. She had contacts for all repair people while we got our house ready for sale, and we ended up with a great price for our house based on the current market

We have just sold our house with Jo and have been so impressed with every aspect of the sale. She has a deep knowledge of the housing market and guided us through a sale that had some unexpected twists and turns! Jo gave us sound advice and on auction day she worked hard with the auctioneer to negotiate a spectacular result for us. We wholeheartedly recommend Jo - she is a gem!

Jo de Beer was incredibly easy to work with. No BS, just clear and honest communication regarding the vendor's position. Her transparency gave me complete confidence working with her. I definitely highly recommend Jo to anyone looking to buy or sell!
