Piyush was my main contact and I found him to be very helpful. The last time we purchased a house was 19 years ago and Piyush explained and reminded me of the steps and key dates in the buying process. This was a simple thing, and I was impressed that he was happy to take the extra time and make sure I understood; he never pushed for a quick decision or commitment. It was always about making sure that I was informed and letting me make my decisions. He was always accessible and he managed and coordinated the inspection people and opened the property for them at agreed times.
