Purchasing my first home via Abbey + Richard was the best experience I could have hoped for. Abbey was super lovely to deal with and refreshingly honest and open when I had questions. In my opinion she went above and beyond when it came to the auction and was by my side during the bidding process. I also really valued the FAQ element of the purchase docs. It was such a clever and re-assuring document and allowed easy and fast access to common questions, which helped with pre purchase insurance or tradie quotations. Bob supported me through the entire process — from preparing the house for sale to finally going unconditional. His sales techniques were clever and instrumental in selling a unique property in a difficult market. He's an excellent communicator who always kept me up to date, and he was great at clearly explaining the rationale behind changing strategies so I could make informed decisions. He was also genuinely sensitive to the fact that this was a deceased estate. Bob never stopped working to sell the property — even after I'd accepted a conditional offer, he kept running open homes and bringing new buyers through. If I ever have to sell a house again, I'd absolutely choose Bob.
