She completed the appraisal to which I was happy with and felt no need to contact any other agents (to which as an ex agent myself, would always of been my go to). I recently brought my first home through Michelle, she was very helpful and easy to deal with , also willing to go the extra mile to make my life easier.
After not owning for many years I came across a little gem just out of christchurch. I found right from the start Rebecca to be very knowledgeable on the area and easy to work with .Very caring and willing to go that extra mile.
Rebecca made the entire process so easy! She knew exactly how to market my property in my area and had my house sold in no time . I had a very tight window to sell my house in order to purchase another and she delivered on every promise but also wasn't afraid to to give me the hard facts I needed to factor in. Rebecca was extremely helpful with advise and information gathering on some challenges I faced with purchasing my next property .I couldn't recommend Rebecca more highly to anyone looking to sell their property!.
