We recently sold our first home and purchased our second with Steve. Lining up two sale and purchases at the same time can be tricky but working with Steve during this process was seamless and completed so quickly we couldn’t believe it. His communication, negotiation skills and professionalism were second to none. He was available around the clock to assist with any queries we had and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. His knowledge of the local market was spot on. We met Michelle at an open home in Waikari in August 2025 and from that moment we knew that she would be the person to sell our house. That she did in a short space of time. Michelle was very knowledgeable and helped us to understand the selling process, plus what was happening within the local market. Her passion was clearly evident and it was something that we appreciated. She kept us up to date with amazing communication on a regular basis. Michelle came into our lives after we had a terrible experience with another agency, she gave us hope which was something that we were lacking. We would recommend Michelle Singh to anybody who would want a trustworthy agent to market their property. She is the bomb!!

Michelle was a great asset in selling our house. She was professional, very friendly throughout the process. She had our best interests at heart, was attentive and popped over to see us in person, not just communicating over the phone. Michelle was always giving updates wherever she could and chasing up potential buyers. She perservered and showed diligence in her work. We had no concerns keeping her on till the last signiture. We would definitely recommend her 100%.
