I called Michelle as I was driving through the area on the off chance I might be able to view a property. She made it happen with virtually no notice. She kept in touch through the whole process of purchasing.
Steve made the entire process simple and stress-free, keeping us informed every step of the way with timely updates. His honesty was refreshing and gave us complete confidence in the decisions we were making. The advice and suggestions he provided were invaluable and clearly reflected his extensive experience in real estate. We met Michelle at an open home in Waikari in August 2025 and from that moment we knew that she would be the person to sell our house. That she did in a short space of time. Michelle was very knowledgeable and helped us to understand the selling process, plus what was happening within the local market. Her passion was clearly evident and it was something that we appreciated. She kept us up to date with amazing communication on a regular basis. Michelle came into our lives after we had a terrible experience with another agency, she gave us hope which was something that we were lacking. We would recommend Michelle Singh to anybody who would want a trustworthy agent to market their property. She is the bomb!!
