At that time, since the vendor were still living there, the place was quite cluttered, and because they hadn’t taken very good care of the property, we weren’t fully satisfied with the price. But as the market shifted and the price of this house dropped, our interest was sparked again. We then contacted Luke for the detailed property documents and arranged another home viewing. From viewing the house, to discussions, to making an offer, and all the way through to settlement, Luke was always patient and thorough in answering all our questions, providing guidance and support for us as first-time home buyers.
