Sharlene was very approachable, knowledgeable and always communicated promptly. We have engaged with other real estate agents before but Sharlene has a fantastic demeanour and comes across as approachable and genuine. This was the first time we submitted a tender and she helped us navigate the process so it didn't seem overwhelming. We would definitely reccomend her to others.
