I’ve had a very positive experience working with Ming on the sale of our property. From a developer’s perspective, Ming is extremely hardworking, highly cooperative, and very flexible to work with. He understands how development projects operate and is always willing to adjust and align with our timelines and requirements, which makes collaboration smooth and efficient. What I particularly appreciate is that Ming provides proactive feedback and practical suggestions throughout the sales process, rather than just passing information along. His communication is clear, timely, and constructive. On the same project, within a similar timeframe, the results Ming's team delivered were around 3 times better than those achieved by other agency teams. That speaks volumes about his capability, work ethic, and effectiveness. I would have no hesitation recommending Ming to other developers or vendors looking for an agent who is easy to work with and genuinely delivers results.

Ann's market knowledge is spot on, she is well worth listening to. Her communication is excellent, clear and timely, and she is totally professional and trust worthy. We had a sale that was complicated and drawn out because of title issues. Throughout the whole process Ann (and her associate, Kristal) was there for us. She was relaxed (mostly! things were complicated), confident, reassuring and real. From the moment I met Ann at a property appraisal about 20 years ago, I liked her so much that I kept her name tucked away in my memory, and followed her career from Ray White to Harcourts. I felt confident that Ann was a decent person who lived nearby and understood this area and the current market. We both felt that Ann would do a good job of selling our home, something we had never done before. Ann was amazing. She was committed, always immaculately presented, always on-time for all open homes and viewings, always clearly communicating the important things to us. She was determined to find the right buyer for our much loved home (and garden), and she did just that. She helped us price our home realistically and then worked to protect that price for us. We unreservedly recommend Ann Emerson as an agent worthy of consideration if you want to sell your home with the best support possible during a stressful process. She is wonderful and we can't thank her enough.

Well! Where do we start to write about our Richard experience. The first word that comes to mind is, AMAZING! We had a very difficult piece of land on the market. A LOT of council and engineering problems to navigate. We were constantly on the phone to Richard. Every time he picked up it was like we were the only ones in his busy life! I am so glad I chose to use Nina and Colin to market my house. They were very professional and there was plenty of communication throughout the marketing process. They also did lots of thoughtful things that were above and beyond what you'd expect from an agent. They are both very honest, have a great sense of humour and were good fun to work with but the best thing was they sold my house at auction under the hammer!
