I felt Harcourts Tawa was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to enquiries and questions. Andrew has a vast knowledge of the market signals and has great commicating skills

Andrew was always responsive to phone calls, emails and information requests. if he was busy - id get a call back within minutes. information wise - everything i asked for was not a problem. and he was happy to make time during a weekend on short notice to show me around a property. happily use again.

Andrew has a very good grasp of the rural real estate market but where he really excels is in his ability to connect and build trust with both vendors and purchasers. Our initial dealings with Andrew were as potential purchasers which gave us the confidence to list with him. This is our third sale using Andrew and if we ever go through the process again he will be the first to be called.
