Real estate teams in Templeton, Canterbury

Andrew and Hayley have been great to work with throughout the sale process. After 20 years since our last sale through Andrew, it was great to work with him again for this sale. Both he and Hayley kept us up to date throughout the whole process and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Hayley and Andrew , were very knowledgeable, of the area , heyley , Waz amazing with , lining up settlement dates , and Andrew making it so both parties wete happy, making it a simple and easy transaction, and were amazing, how they found the perfect buyers, with no stress , in any way , with buyer and seller happy with end result ,

We were very happy we went with Hayley and Andrew to sell our house. From the start they were professional, pragmatic and no-nonsense, which suited us well. Hayley kept us up to date throughout the whole process, and particularly after open homes and any new interest. It’s a bit of a tough market to sell in at the moment, but Hayley and Andrew worked very hard to bring the interested parties to the table. They are backed by the great team at Bayley’s and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
