Real estate teams in Russley, Canterbury

Lin was so obliging in organising a house viewing outside of 'scheduled viewing times'. We found Lin to be very approachable and professional, and competent in her marketing knowledge. Were impressed in her negotiating skills between us and Vendor. At all times we were informed of developments, and appreciated her being so pro-active - very attentive to detail. We would so highly recommend Lin to any prospective buyers/sellers.

Absolutely love working with Lin Ma, this is my third property transaction with her. Very hard working and efficient with a lovely personality to match. Highly recommend

"Absolutely painless. They kept us informed in all aspects of the sale."

"Team Trainor are exceptional. Very knowledgeable and engaging. I was very impressed with their communication, guidance and expertise in managing the sale. They were realistic with price expectations and worked hard to generate a great result for us. Lower commission rates but no trade off in terms of the calibre and market reach of Total Realty. We're selling a second rental property now and have put our faith in Total Realty again to achieve a sale."

"Paul and Annika were really calm and talked everything through very thoroughly. They were interested in the property without making me feel like they were overselling me, which was important. I also appreciated the coverage they have in Belfast and their local knowledge. Everything went smoothly and was very straightforward. I felt in safe hands!"
