Amy was very professional in all manners, her communication was brilliant throughout the process. She was pro-active throughout the entire sales process. Right from the beginning, Amy organised the staging, her eye for detail at the photograph session ensuring everything was balanced and perfectly located. Her communication regarding the frequency of open homes, the follow up phone calls and weekly updates were brilliant, we always knew who had been through the property, the feedback and Amy was great at following up on potential leads. Amy had good knowledge of our area and had a really good intuition regarding the value of our property, we took her advise and she did not disapoint us at any stage. During the contract negotiations Amy was pro-active and organised the builders report and valuation, ensuring any potential conditions were ironed out so that an non-conditional offer was on the table.
