Jo-Ann cared about why we were moving and what our family was trying to achieve. As well as marketing our home she visited many properties with us and helped us to narrow down what we were looking for. She also provided invaluable local knowledge on the different areas of Franklin we were looking at. When negotiating on our sale she always presented all the options to us in a honest and pragmatic way, letting us form our own decisions without feeling pressured. Approximately six weeks after we listed our two sections with Jo Ann and Victoria, Rural Real Estate activity dropped substantially and has remained somewhat deflated for the last four years. Against this background we have had seamless and entirely positive support throughout from Jo Ann and Victoria. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with these two agents, who worked together as a team throughout the purchase of our new home. From our very first viewing, which was arranged before the property even went on the market, right through to the final inspections and settlement, they were professional, approachable and incredibly responsive. Communication was excellent at every stage, and we always felt that our questions and concerns were listened to and dealt with promptly. On the occasions when they didn’t immediately have an answer to one of our questions, they went straight to the vendors to find out the information and came back to us very quickly.
