Approximately six weeks after we listed our two sections with Jo Ann and Victoria, Rural Real Estate activity dropped substantially and has remained somewhat deflated for the last four years. Against this background we have had seamless and entirely positive support throughout from Jo Ann and Victoria. Communication in such an environment can be the difference between success and failure and I can say with certainty that they followed up on every enquiry promptly and kept us updated as they occurred. Eventually a buyer came through with an offer that was well below what we were prepared to settle on. To cut to the chase Jo Ann managed to convince him to substantally raise his offer and we as sellers also came to the table. With an unconditional agreement signed we could then proceed with completion of the subdivision. This spun out for a further 11 months until final Council signoff a few weeks ago. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with these two agents, who worked together as a team throughout the purchase of our new home. My brother and I were selling mum's place after her passing and we looked at and talked to a number of agents including high profile lifestyle specialists. What stood out for us is both Victoria and Jo- Ann understood the market, provided direct advice and we thought were prepared to work for the sale - and boy they did! We both live a long way from Bombay, its a big house and there was 40 years of accumulated farm and engineering equipment stored about the property in sheds that needed disposal along with a lot of furniture. Both worked with us around organizing cleaning, dressing and organizing skips and local contractors to do a lot of the clearance. This was massive and way beyond what I've experienced with agents who are more transactional. Furthermore we received multiple offers so feel that we received a good price in what is a challenging sellers market. They were excellent communicators throughout the process and couldn't recommend them both enough!

Eye for detail, obviously knows her job and the market, very good feedback and reporting, organised and reliable, great staging and videos/picture. Selling price was maximised (but lower than my expectations, due to a higher RV listed for the property). Loves cups of tea & biscuits. Needs training in changing tyres. Lol.
