He was fast and reliable with communication, which made a big difference during what can otherwise be a stressful process. We had a few issues picked up during the pre-settlement inspection. Wayne and the vendor quickly organised for an electrician to come out the very next day to sort things. Additionally he covered the cost of a replacement heater, which we had a concern about. That really stood out to us, it felt like he went beyond what you would normally expect from an agent and genuinely took steps to ensure a smooth process. Overall, Wayne made what can be a stressful process feel very smooth and well managed. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful at every stage.
