Our property went live on the market 6 hours before Covid-19 Level 4 Lockdown - 7 days later we had three competitive offers, 10 days later one offer became unconditional, and the sale settled 10 days after Level 4 changed to Level 3!!! Price reached $95,000 over GV, the purchaser hadn't met Carol in the flesh, or physcially seen the property, we weren't able to get a builders report, the tenants had no disruption to their lives - Against all odds, Carol's amazing marketing tools brought the right people to the property, she gave the purchasers everything they needed (within Covid Level 4 boundaries) to make an informed decision, and on finally being able to view the property (after it went unconditional) the purchasers are delighted with their purchase!!!
