7 real estate agents in Tauweru, Wellington

Andrew has a vast knowledge of the market signals and has great commicating skills

Andrew was always responsive to phone calls, emails and information requests. if he was busy - id get a call back within minutes. information wise - everything i asked for was not a problem. and he was happy to make time during a weekend on short notice to show me around a property. happily use again.

Andrew has a very good grasp of the rural real estate market but where he really excels is in his ability to connect and build trust with both vendors and purchasers. Our initial dealings with Andrew were as potential purchasers which gave us the confidence to list with him. This is our third sale using Andrew and if we ever go through the process again he will be the first to be called.

If you’re looking for a real estate agent who genuinely puts your interests first, I can’t recommend Lisa Cumming highly enough. From the beginning to the end of the process, Lisa was incredibly committed, professional, honest, and caring. Selling a home can be stressful, but she was there every step of the way, always taking the time to answer questions, provide sound advice, and keep me informed. What stood out most was Lisa’s integrity. I always felt she had my best interests at heart and was focused on achieving the best possible outcome for me rather than simply making a sale. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, was proactive in her communication, and consistently went above and beyond. Lisa’s hard work, dedication, and genuine care made all the difference. I am so grateful for everything she did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is an outstanding real estate professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Great in answering questions and phone calls

Lisa has been the most amazing real estate agent to deal with. My partner and I jumped into buying a home way back in August 2025, Every open home we were greeted by a new face, new real estate agent. It was all becoming a little overwhelming until we met Lisa. Lisa from day one has been committed to finding us our first home. She has been the only who has constantly messaged us with new properties, times and helped organise viewings. She has really listened to what Ben and I were looking for. Every house got better than the last thanks to Lisa. Best part is we got to look at 8 oxford street before it went live. She has been the best and we could not have asked for someone better to help us find our 1st home. She has been super professional. The knowledge about every home has been superb and amazing with all the tips on how to upscale the homes. we have learnt so much thanks to Lisa and we are so excited we are now on the property ladder. Thank you so much again, we highly recommend Lisa.
