Tiana did a great job throughout the process, it wasn’t a straightforward sale as there were a few issues along the way with the cross lease, but Tiana would always keep us updated and we felt that she was transparent with us from the get go. The initial agent, Ayla, had great communication and was a delight to deal with. However, after she went on leave, the team that picked things up was not to the same standard - communication was lacking (likely because the first agent had already done the heavy lifting to seal the deal). Overall, and in hindsight, it is clear that far more should have been disclosed. The house had multiple fixtures that were literally held in place with hot glue, and there was little effort from Summit to provide transparency. I have less confidence in the organization and their procedures. It felt like corners were cut.
