"We had the pleasure of experiencing Megan’s expertise as buyers, so naturally we chose Megan to list our property. Megan exceeded our expectations, delivering on a quick marketing campaign and securing a great result. Managing a buy and a sell can be incredibly stressful, but she made the entire transition feel completely effortless. We cannot recommend Megan highly enough."

"Megan made the entire selling process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always kept us informed throughout the journey. Her communication was excellent, and she was always available to answer questions and provide guidance. We felt confident that she had our best interests at heart and worked hard to achieve a great result. We would highly recommend Megan and the Total Realty team to anyone looking to sell their property."

As a out of town buyer, I found Megan's communication's fantastic either via email, txt or phone. Megan has been more than accommodating to my needs and also very welcoming with a friend I had organized to view the property on my behalf. Megan's professionalism working between the vendor and myself to negotiate the best outcome for both parties was second to none. Megan has made the whole process such a breeze. From when I first showed an interest in the property, through all the next processes along the way to handing over the keys on the settlement date. Megan has a wonderful personality. It has been a pleasure, she is a lovely lady to liaise with.

Very supportive and made me feel like I could be successful owning my first home. Very responsive and knowledgeable

As a new seller, Alex gave me all the information I asked for, as well as the information I really needed. Her relaxed approach hid the outstanding work she was doing behind the scenes. Alex gave me a number to expect, then got me more at Auction. I recommend Alex to anyone who is looking to sell. I'll definitely be working with her again.

Alex Lyttle made the whole process of buying a house so easy. We had looked for 2 weeks before engaging Alex to help and within 3 weeks we were at Auction buying our forever home. She made the process so easy, was in contact with us constantly and keeping us up to date. Alex has a wonderful calm nature, she truly listens to what you want and need. So easy to talk to, we highly recommend Alex for all your selling or buying needs!
