1 real estate agents in Six Mile, Tasman

This was not a straightforward sale and involved a few side agreements to make it happen. Toby liaised with the purchaser and myself to bring it all together.

Toby was knowledgeable and a great communicator through the entire selling process. 100% recommend Toby and his team to anyone thinking of selling a property

Toby and Elisha were great to work with throughout the sale of our property at 71 Bartlett Road. From the outset, they provided practical advice and demonstrated a strong understanding of the local market. Their guidance helped us make informed decisions throughout the process, and we always felt they were being realistic and straightforward in their recommendations. Communication was excellent. We were kept informed after inspections, open homes, and buyer discussions, and they were always responsive when we had questions. We appreciated knowing where things were at and what the next steps looked like. We also appreciated their assistance in organising the staging of the property. Their guidance on presentation helped ensure the home was shown at its best, and the overall marketing campaign was well put together. What stood out was their professionalism and persistence. The property attracted a number of interested buyers, and Toby and Elisha worked steadily through the various enquiries, negotiations, and conditional offers that arose during the campaign. Their approach was calm, organised, and easy to work with. Overall, they made what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. We appreciated their communication, market knowledge, and practical approach, and were pleased with the outcome achieved. We would happily recommend Toby and Elisha to others considering selling their property.
