We found Toby to be very approachable and helpful when it came to finding extra information on the block of land we have bought. There was a couple of times we couldn't get Toby on the phone but given the rural aspect of his selling, we understood it was due to remote locations he operates in not having coverage. Very much to his credit, when contact was made he worked in a really professional and efficient way.
