Where to start? The headline: Jacqui and Ami are amazing. From the moment we first spoke to Jacqui about selling our property we knew we were in safe hands. The stress and anxiety just melted away. We were mid-reno and Jacqui did not see our house at its best, but she could see what we were aiming for. We followed all of her advice, we took advantage of her network of experts and sold our home for the price we were hoping for as well as on the (very tight) timescales that we had to buy our new property. Jacqui and Ami were clear, helpful, had lots of suggestions, and we knew that when they said "you should do this..." that Jacqui's years of experience were coming in to play. Hint: Do exactly what she says! I'm sorry Jacqui if this seems like an unfair description but it felt like we had our mum or favourite auntie holding our hands through the whole process. Safe, confidence inspiring, calm and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend more highly. If we weren't in our forever home now, we would use her again in a heartbeat.
