Excellent team Braden & Vanessa! A big thank you to both helped me selling my humbly home, assist me through the whole process patiently. Highly recommended!

We are very fortunate to have Vanessa as our real estate agent. We recently purchased our first New Zealand dream home within the school zones we wanted. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure working with her, she seriously went the extra mile to assist us. From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Vanessa was professional, highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure we always felt like a priority. At each step along the whole process, Vanessa came through with her commitment to excellence and kept us fully informed. She also went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property, whilst her negotiation skills were the first rate. Vanessa demonstrated immense patience and understanding for our priorities. Whenever we required more information on a particular property, she took it all in stride and went out of her way to provide us with extra resources and options so we could consider when deciding. We are incredibly pleased with the service we received from Vanessa for our first home purchase. Buying our first home in New Zealand, the process and procedures are different than UK, but Vanessa was fantastic along every step of the way. Beyond her expertise and professionalism she answered all our questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring we fully understood. She was always contactable and communicated with us in time, she even waited until mid night for our vendor’s response to our offer. We are so glad to have Vanessa as our real estate agent. Her knowledge, experience and kindness combined with her patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top class real estate agent.
