Cushla was proactive in finding buyers, and made it very easy for us to relax while she did the hard work. She was always very positive and friendly, and I would definitely deal with her again if the occasion arose.

I felt some key areas of the house were not known by Cushla and or not made transparent by the buyer. Ie making sure all outside doors shut sufficiently and had keys - insulation / no insulation etc. for the buyer a ..what u see is what you get .. is usually the norm, but a lot of important issues were hidden and in a good few areas this was the case - a few unknown issues.

Communication was excellent throughout. The market information was freely provided and accurate. The negotiations were timely and professional, just a great experience and recommend.

I would highly recommend Brigitte. Very professional and great communicator. No problem to small.

Having bought 2 properties and now sold 1 through Brigitte, we can confirm her service is second to none. She also provided fantastic support to our tenant during the sale process. Her knowledge, commitment and communication cannot be denied, that alongside her honesty and integrity confirms you’re in good hands. Thanks again Brigitte.

Brigitte Paterson is a experienced and professional agent with Harcourts. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home. She was consistently reassuring and supportive and easy to communicate with if we had any questions or concerns about the whole process. We would certainly recommend working with Brigitte when buying or selling a property.

Leona was very quick to respond to all my enquiries and helped me through the process with patience and friendly approachable disposition. I enjoyed the experience.

Leona priced our house correctly, got the money we were expecting and it was a quick sale, would highly recommend
