Selling your home is emotional in so many ways.... Cushla managed our sale with composure, empathy, sound advice, excellent communication, and a super attitude throughout the few weeks it took to achieve a stunning sale price and a clean contract. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no question was too small, and she was always available to answer our calls or messages promptly. She then continued to support us through the pre-settlement inspection, liaising with our solicitor and everything else right up to settlement. Cushla has an informative communication style which was appreciated - we immediately felt that we could trust Cushla. She kept the process moving clearly stating any points of interest or possible concern along the way and when questioned by us Cushla quickly returned with answers. Cushla was proactive in finding buyers, and made it very easy for us to relax while she did the hard work. She was always very positive and friendly, and I would definitely deal with her again if the occasion arose.

I felt some key areas of the house were not known by Cushla and or not made transparent by the buyer. Ie making sure all outside doors shut sufficiently and had keys - insulation / no insulation etc. for the buyer a ..what u see is what you get .. is usually the norm, but a lot of important issues were hidden and in a good few areas this was the case - a few unknown issues.
