Agencies in Richmond, Canterbury

Aaron did a great job for us and we were very happy with the sale. He worked hard throughout the process, communicated clearly and consistently, and kept us well informed about progress and buyer feedback. We always knew where things stood and felt that he was actively working to achieve a good result. Professional, straightforward and easy to deal with from start to finish.

Our decision to engage Aaron Pero in the selling of our house was influenced by his strong reputation within the inner city. It certainly proved to be a wise decision. The depth of his experience and his ability to guide a sale in a complex selling market was second to none. Aaron is very easy to work with. Positive and professional, with a good sense of humour, he was always responsive to our needs and questions, leaving us in no doubt that he was working in our best interests. Despite a challenging market in which many agents were clearly struggling, Aaron achieved a sale within our timeframes. This made the whole process easier and much less stressful. We would certainly engage Aaron in any future house buying or selling. We would also strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an agent with integrity, up-to-date knowledge of the markets, and with the skills and experience needed to achieve good outcomes. He’s been a pleasure to work with.

We’re so thankful to Aaron for helping us sell our property. He was always friendly, helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole process. We really appreciated his patience and guidance, and felt we were in good hands from start to finish. Thank you so much for all your hard work! We would definitely recommend him.

Very responsive and helping

Jodine was wonderful to deal with she is down to earth she gave us space to look around the property and kept us well informed about certain things we needed to know, she didn't annoy us with emails and phone calls instead gave us the weekend to get back to her with our decision. We would highly recommend Jodine she was professional and happy to answer any questions we had.

Matt rang me on a Sunday evening, after meeting him at an open home on the Saturday prior and from that phone call and going forward I felt supported and listened to with zero muck arounds. He took into consideration everything I was looking for and nailed the brief a day later. He was very responsive and was always at the end of the phone when possible, was always positive and smiling, nothing was a problem and he made the process exciting, easy and stress free. I’ve bought and sold many homes over the last 10 years and I can honestly say he’s been the best agent I’ve dealt with. Thanks again, Matt. Absolute class. Off to enjoy a glass or two of bubbles to celebrate my beautiful new home!
