We dealt with Craig assisted by Sam.We had a very good private viewing with plenty of time & no pressure.We had several other visits to check more on specific things.Again no pressure. We had a quick response to further enquiries. Our impression was that nothing was too much trouble. The vendor lives overseas with a time difference.Craig was able to get quick resonse to offers.He showed skill in negotiating a final accepted price. Craig had picked up an issue with the house . This was fully declared . Acting for the vendor Craig ,in a very professional way & at the expense of the vendor is seeing this put right. Craig & Sam are very contactable & have been reassuring & a pleasure to deal with.
