Rachel is an absolute delight to deal with. Professional and able to demonstrate marketing skills that achieve the desired result. Excellent communication means you are fully aufait with all aspects of the transaction as it progresses. Rachel can be recommended to anyone needing an excellent real estate agent who will go the extra mile to get the job done.

We had regular weekly catch ups and there was always great data and information to back up the conversation around the feeling of how the marketing was progressing and where we sat in the market each week. The detailed reports are great to read through once you're out of the weekly catch up meeting as some detail washes over you in the process so that's a great back up. I found the systems and automation used was about right. Getting great personal contact and then also a suite of video clips from Steve the auctioneer to talk me through the process of selling at auction was useful. The team negotiating on the day were excellent in what was a really important moment for me and I didn't feel rushed or under pressure to make a decision. They were respectful, professional and considerate of my emotions...which is a bonus as there were a few emotions to navigate.

We once again trusted Rachel with selling our home, and, once again, she was excellent. We particularly appreciated her honesty and regular communication through the whole process. Rachel has the experience to back up her recommendations, and she puts in the hard work to ensure that her advice is based on actual buyer interest and current market conditions. She liaises efficiently with other professionals to ensure staging, documentation etc happens as and when it should. Rachel made what can be a stressful experience as pleasant and predictable as possible, and the outcome was ideal: happy vendors, happy buyers. She is a pleasure to work with, and we can't recommend Rachel enough.
