We had regular weekly catch ups and there was always great data and information to back up the conversation around the feeling of how the marketing was progressing and where we sat in the market each week. The detailed reports are great to read through once you're out of the weekly catch up meeting as some detail washes over you in the process so that's a great back up. I found the systems and automation used was about right. Getting great personal contact and then also a suite of video clips from Steve the auctioneer to talk me through the process of selling at auction was useful. The team negotiating on the day were excellent in what was a really important moment for me and I didn't feel rushed or under pressure to make a decision. They were respectful, professional and considerate of my emotions...which is a bonus as there were a few emotions to navigate.
