3 real estate agents in Puwera, Northland

We were extremely lucky Lynne was the agent for the home we purchased. Talked us through the Auction process and could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process.

Lynne was great and very helpful especially as an out of town seller.

Lynne Meldrum dealt with our sale, which had its challenges, with pure professionalism, understanding, knowledge and importantly to me, a level of empathy, kindness and sensitivity I was immensely grateful for. I cannot fault her performance. She's just the best, and I feel very fortunate to have had her support and expertise which led to a successful sale. She left no stone unturned, showing integrity, full commitment, and managing each situation with a gentle informed and personal approach, working closely with the large number of potential buyers she generated from her extraordinary marketing efforts. Lynne's efforts surpassed my expectations and she is a beautiful human being to boot, I would recommend her 110 %.

The team at Harcourts were once again brilliant. Great communication and timely to get us through for multiple viewings. Can’t speak more highly of the team with Chyna and Warren.

As first home buyers with little to no knowledge of the industry, Chyna was the calm amongst the chaos. Always willing and able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner ensuring we felt supported and well informed. She went over and above to ensure we found the perfect property for our family. From start to finish she has guided us through our property journey and we truly believe we wouldn’t have been able to do it without her guidance and knowledge.

From the onset Chyna gave us the feeling we were in good hands with her polite disposition and her knowledge of the market. Her appreciation for the fact that we were selling our mother's house after she had passed was compassionate and caring. Her communication over all areas of the sale was clear and direct especially around negotiation time, giving us the utmost confidence in her. The qualities that stood out most was her presentation and professionalism. We wish Chyna only good things in a tough industry and every success for the future. Julie Quirk and Bev Maconaghie
