As a purchaser, I carried out a high level of due diligence on the property I eventually bought, with 3 visits from various experts and a couple of rounds of written questions for the vendor. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Michele to organise and I found her to be very understanding and patient throughout the whole process. Michele’s communication was superb. Both Charlotte and Yasemin seem to know the Pukekohe market well, and are able to provide good advice on what ned sto be done to get the desired outcome. Communication was mostly through "What's App", which took us a bit of getting used to, but worked pretty well. They negotiated well on our behalf.
